When I first saw this recipe (shared by a friend) I thought Why would I make that? It's terrible for you! But then I remembered that pumpkin is a vegetable! So I made it.
It's delicious!
16 oz Cool Whip
1 small can of pumpkin puree
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Whip together and chill. Serve with gingersnap cookies or graham cracker sticks.
